  • Week 1

    I’ll guide you to brain dump your current process through a questionnaire before our 2hr Intuitive Dubsado Strategy Session. Once in the session we’ll also touch on your inner knowing and the essense of your business. Based on both your mental and embodied input, I’ll audit your process and offer you my expertise to build your ideal client facing process during that session. You’ll end up excited for your business again and already seeing the light!

    Here is where I also collect your brand assets, provide you with the custom set of email templates you’ll require based on your unique process for you to edit and infuse with your unique voice.

  • Weeks 2 & 3

    It’s Dubsado Build time! Now that we have your ideal Client Process, your emails and and all your brand assets, I bring my magic to create your Intuitive Dubsado Workflows, design your gorgeous forms, proposal and client portal and integarte your calendar, payment and email apps into Dubsado. Welcome EASE and FLOW!

  • Week 4

    It’s implementation time! We’ll meet for 2 hours to walk you through your Intuitive Dubsado so you flow with it like butter on bread. You are welcome to have a team member also join us. This is your VIP training and a rich time for questions and guidance.

    But wait, we are not over!…

  • Post Implementation Support (Optional)

    After our Implementation Session you can ask for a custom video tutorial library for you to get back to forever. Also, since I know adoption of ANYTHING new can feel a bit wobbly, you can lock me in for 30 more days to ask me anything via Slack or via zoom. I’ll be holding your hand (or your team member’s) until you feel 100% confident and like DANCING!

  • In depth yet simple questionnaire to help you see your business as a whole and brain dump your process, key steps and main leaky areas.

  • 2 hr Intuitive Dubsado Strategy Call. Here is where, having studied your business (based on the questionnaire you answered) I ask you key questions, stir your inner knowing, audit your processes and present you an ideal client journey based on your vision, resources and what you require to deliver your unique offerings. We end up with a clear, resonating, and efficient client journey for your Onboarding, Active and Offboarding Stage (for up to 3 different offerings). Expect this session to be moving (because we’ll touch on the essence of your business) and highly transformative on the practical/strategy side.

  • With your client journey and each touchpoint defined, I’ll create a custom set of email templates (ALL the emails your unique workflows will need), for you to edit with your own voice and vibe if you want.

  • 3 workflows Onboarding, Active, Offboarding; for up to 3 different products/services. Additional workflows can be added at $150 USD each.

  • Branded Client Portal: The digital space where your clients will find their invoices, contract, documents, appointments and more. (Optional)

  • Branded Forms & Questionnaires: Get ready to impress everyone with your gorgeous Branded proposal that makes it easier to close the sale because of it’s clarity, design and flow. Your clients will be able to select their item, sign your contract and pay your invoice all with a few clicks! Also any questionnaires, contracts and other forms will be created with your brand elements for a super professional & cohesive client experience.

  • Scheduler creation, linked to your calendar and with auto reminders so no one misses a meeting!

  • 2hr Implementation Call: Where I’ll walk you through your new Dubsado and answer questions. You’ll keep the recording so you can get back to it anytime.
